Participants registered under plans including physical items will receive them via courier. Items may include:

• Participation Medal
• Printed Certificate
• Award Recognition Items (if applicable)

Note: Delivery is available across India.

3. Dispatch Timeline

Physical items are dispatched only after the competition evaluation process is complete. Participants will be notified via email/SMS once dispatch begins.

4. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, typical delivery windows are:

• Standard: 5–10 business days.
• Remote Locations: May take slightly longer depending on courier reach.

5. Address Accuracy

To avoid delivery failure, please ensure your registration details include:

Ryan Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Undelivered Packages

If a shipment is returned due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address, participants may request re-dispatch. Additional courier charges may apply.

7. Digital Certificate Delivery

Participants registered for E-Certificate plans only can download them online.
