Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to registrations made for Tiny Bonkers – Summer Art-O-Mania organized by Ryan Marketing.

1. Registration Fees

All registration payments made for participation in the competition are generally non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the same participant.
  • Payment successfully deducted but registration not generated.
Note: Such requests must be reported within 3 days of the transaction date.

3. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method used during registration.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Participant fails to submit artwork within the deadline.
  • Participant chooses not to participate after registration.
  • Disqualification due to rule violations.
  • Delays caused by incorrect participant information.

5. Event Changes

In case of unavoidable circumstances where the event schedule changes, the organizer will provide appropriate communication and alternative options to all registered participants.
